area with a broad expertise which includes business structuring and
funding, mergers, acquisitions and sales, management buyouts,
private equity arrangements, supply and distribution agreements,
franchising and licensing and intellectual property (primarily
involving brand protection, trademarks and copyright) including
over 15 years as a partner of Martelli McKegg.
Mike has a wide range of corporate, commercial and private
clients. He has particular expertise in the finance, manufacturing,
wholesale/retail, food and beverage, packaging, transport,
industrial services, advertising, media, technology and
telecommunications industries.
