We are delighted to welcome Patrick Learmonth and Diana Bell to Martelli McKegg.

Patrick is an experienced commercial lawyer with more than 40 years’ experience. He advises businesses and private clients on commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, franchising and legal structures, bringing sound judgment and a measured, practical approach to complex issues.

Diana is a specialist immigration lawyer with 17 years’ experience helping people navigate New Zealand’s immigration system. She advises across corporate, investor, skilled migrant and family immigration matters, combining expertise with empathy and a strong commitment to service.

With Diana joining the firm, we are broadening our offering to include specialist immigration law services, enabling us to support clients across an even wider range of business and personal matters.
