Property Legal Executive

Property Legal Executive required for our busy central city team


We are seeking an experienced qualified legal executive to join our lively, fast-paced property team. The role will serve other areas of the practice as well as the property team so there will be plenty of variety.

You will need to be capable of running residential conveyancing files from start to finish with minimal supervision, able to review and report on titles, plans, LIM reports and all other due diligence materials. Your day to day tasks will include:

  • advising on “off the plan” agreements
  • advising on agreements to purchase with building contracts
  • assisting in preparation of subdivision documents
  • advising on loan agreement and mortgages.

Ideally you will have 3+ years' experience in a similar role. Support and mentoring is provided by partners. You will need the ability to work under pressure and have excellent communication and time management skills. Liaising between clients and partners is a key part of this role.

The person we are seeking will have an eye for detail, be well organised and enjoy being involved.

We offer on the job training in our systems however you will need to be a proficient user of Landonline, MS Word, Webforms and Outlook. This is a full time position working 8.30am-5.00pm. Flexible hours are available upon request.
