We are looking for an experienced and motivated commercial property lawyer with a minimum of 10 years' PQE to join our property team.

This is a senior role within the team and requires someone who has a depth of legal knowledge and a broad range of commercial property experience.

While work undertaken by the successful candidate will cover the full scope of commercial property legal work, there will be a particular focus on complex transactional and development work. Experience at a senior level in OIO and mortgagee sale work will be an advantage.

We are looking for a senior person who can demonstrate strong client relationship, delegation and matter management skills. The ability to be responsive, take ownership of matters and produce work of a high quality is essential.

You will work for a range of clients including institutional investors, finance companies and high net worth individuals.
