Background
For Bhavin Parshottam, the law is more than a career choice – it’s a deep-rooted framework that guides human behaviour. He was drawn to the profession because he wanted to understand that social framework and use it to drive positive change.
As a solicitor in Martelli McKegg's Trusts team, Bhavin uses his extensive knowledge of the law to guide clients through a range of trust, estate planning and property matters – from trust and estate administration and compliance to issues within the sphere of elder law and wider asset planning. He works closely with clients to ensure that they understand their rights, responsibilities and positions so that they can make informed choices about their affairs.
Before joining Martelli McKegg, Bhavin worked as an asset planning specialist and commercial solicitor. Those experiences helped him build his legal knowledge and depth of understanding, which flow through to his current work.
