Background

After almost a decade in the legal profession, Emma brings deep knowledge and experience to her role. As a Partner in the trusts and estates team, she works with a wide range of clients, forming long-term relationships to support their legal needs throughout their lives. She’s an expert advisor on all trust and estate matters – from estate planning and protecting assets in a relationship to conveyancing and dispute resolution.

For Emma, trusts and estates are fundamentally about family relationships. She works hard to find ways to structure client affairs effectively and resolve disputes so clients can protect and restore those relationships wherever possible. She’s known for her innovative, pragmatic approach to the law – she’s not afraid to try a new tactic or explore a different pathway if it will help her client.

As a Partner, Emma also works to support and mentor emerging lawyers in the Trusts team.
