Background
James is excited to join the Commercial Team this year as a law clerk, gaining experience in a wide range of legal matters. In his last semester at the University of Wellington, he will be graduating and qualifying later in the year as a barrister and a solicitor of the High Court.
James has just returned from an exciting exchange opportunity in Switzerland where he was studying Business and Tax Law.
Before joining the commercial team, James was previously at the firm in an AML Compliance role which has given him good insight into firm procedures and clients.
