Background

Kate Webster has established herself as a hard-working, empathetic professional. Prior to being admitted in 2021, Kate worked in our construction and building disputes team. Since then she has become a valued member of the trusts and estates team and was elevated to senior solicitor in December 2023. She enjoys mentoring junior lawyers and collaborating with the team and wider firm.

As part of the trusts team, Kate has gained experience in family trusts, asset planning, estates and charitable trusts. She’s particularly interested in the fair treatment of the elderly – she wrote her dissertation on legal issues around elder care and entry into aged care facilities.

Kate’s empathy, communication skills and dedication to her clients are clear in everything she does. As she works to further develop her legal knowledge and professional skills, serving her clients and the wider community is top of mind.
