Background
Kiren works primarily in construction and property law litigation. The challenging, people-focused nature of her role is a perfect fit for her and she enjoys using the tools and legislation available to find the most efficient resolution for every client. She is a skilled advocate, having won the Auckland final of the New Zealand Law Foundation Young Lawyers' Mooting Competition in 2018 and uses her advocacy to advance her clients’ case at every stage, from negotiations through to the Court room.
A natural problem-solver and lifelong learner, Kiren loves the challenge of keeping up with fast-moving legislation and finding the best way to approach each new case. Kiren is fluent in Spanish, French and Catalan, having lived in Spain, France, Mexico and Chile. Her role sees her enforcing foreign judgments, building our French-speaking service area and assisting clients from South America, Central America and Spain.
Kiren hosts regular events in our Boardroom centred around relevant topics in the building industry.
