Background
Kylie Poole took a roundabout route into legal accounting – but she’s exactly where she wants to be. After leaving school and working as a receptionist in a law firm, she realised that she enjoyed the accounting and finance elements of the job more than managing the reception. She completed her Legal Executive Diploma and worked hard to build her legal accounting knowledge.
Now, as Martelli McKegg’s in-house Trust Accountant, Kylie is responsible for managing trust accounts and our general ledger, as well as supporting other team members when they need it. Whatever the task, she finds great satisfaction in getting the numbers to balance.
