Mary Ann Percy

Background

Mary Ann Percy brings a unique perspective to her role. Before joining the Martelli McKegg team in October 2023, she worked in journalism and television research, and then returned to university to complete a law degree. She started her legal career at a boutique Auckland practice specialising in trusts and property, where she developed her knowledge of commercial property, conveyancing, relationship property, trusts and estate planning.

Now, as a Solicitor on the Property team, Mary Ann focuses on general property and retail leasing matters. She works with a wide range of clients, using her broad experience and legal knowledge to offer support and find appropriate solutions.
