Tim Carnachan

Background

Tim Carnachan’s passion for law grew from his love of subjects like history and english, along with inspiration from family members working in law and property. Before joining Martelli McKegg, he worked in commercial property law in both New Zealand and London.

Detail-oriented and pragmatic, Tim enjoys the dynamic nature of property law and the opportunity to build strong relationships with clients. At Martelli McKegg, he advises on commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals and leasing. Tim works closely with both landlords and tenants, on complex lease negotiations and transactions.
