Background
Trevor helps businesses, boards and leadership teams solve legal, governance, risk and compliance challenges: from everyday issues to major, high-stakes transactions. With more than 20 years’ experience, he’s known for bringing clarity to complexity and for finding practical answers that work in the real world.
He’s worked in the London offices of leading global law firms, and as General Counsel and part of the executive team at two of the country’s biggest NZX-listed property companies. That blend of international experience and local know-how means Trevor combines sound legal judgment with practical business sense, helping clients navigate with confidence.
Trevor also offers GC-as-a-Service: bringing the insight of an experienced General Counsel, delivered flexibly to fit your needs without the cost and commitment of a full-time in-house role.
He’s from Ngāti Raukawa and Ngāti Huri, and believes good advice is as much about listening as it is about knowing the law.
