Background

For Bhavin Parshottam, the law is more than a career choice – it’s a deep-rooted framework that guides human behaviour.

As a solicitor in Martelli McKegg's Trusts team, Bhavin uses his extensive knowledge of the law to guide clients through a wide range of asset planning matters. Bhavin works across the full lifecycle of wealth and succession matters – from trust structures and elder care arrangements to property transactions involving trusts and estate administration. He works closely with clients to ensure that they understand their rights, responsibilities, and legal positions so that they can make informed choices about their affairs with confidence.

Prior to joining Martelli McKegg, Bhavin worked as a trusts and asset planning solicitor and as a commercial solicitor. Those experiences helped him build his legal knowledge and depth of understanding, which flow through to his current work.

Bhavin is currently studying the STEP Diploma in Trusts and Estates, with the goal of completing the qualification at the end of 2026.
