Background
Bill’s litigation experience comes from more than 30 years in law, both in New Zealand and overseas. Bill has worked at one of New Zealand’s largest law firms, in London, and in Dubai, before starting work at Martelli McKegg. In the course of his work, Bill has focused on commercial disputes arising from insolvency, banking and finance, equitable claims, breaches of duty, conflict of laws and cross-border disputes.
Bill’s knowledge and experience make him a valuable special counsel for our litigation team. He provides specialist knowledge, particularly around insolvency and financial services, and advises clients and his colleagues as needed.
